Jill is a respectful, compassionate and sensitive practitioner who aims to provide a warm and welcoming space in which clients can explore their difficulties. Her main training is in person-centred counselling / psychotherapy and she often also integrates elements from other techniques such as cognitive-behaviour therapy (CBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy into her therapeutic work to meet the individual needs and preferences of each client.Jill's background and training
