Our Team

Cayte is a highly experienced business manager who holds responsibility for a number of areas at First Psychology including managing our client services team. Prior to joining First Psychology, Cayte worked for Adoption UK following a long career in the corporate sector as a business analyst and operations manager at Heineken UK, where she developed significant skills in project management, business development and recruitment support.

Cayte has a strong interest in the mental health and wellbeing fields and is currently undertaking a degree in psychology.
