Antoinette's way of workingAntoinette believes that all human beings can gravitate towards mental and physical wellbeing with the right support. In her counselling / therapy sessions, she works collaboratively and respectfully with each client with the aim of empowering them to bring about change. Antoinette's training is in Gestalt Therapy, an approach which focuses on the person as an individual and the uniqueness of their experiences in the present moment.
Antoinette's background and trainingAntoinette has worked in a number of people facing roles in a range of settings including in the NHS, for charities, and in private practice.
She has a Post-Graduate Diploma in Contemporary Trauma Practice, a Diploma in Gestalt Therapy (from the Edinburgh Gestalt Institute) and an MSc in Health Promotion and Health Education. In addition, Antoinette has a Higher Diploma in Education and a BA Degree in German and Sociology.
