Roxana's way of workingAs a Gestalt counsellor, Roxana works creatively in a relational way, exploring awareness and contact with the client. She uses herself as an instrument to explore fixed styles of contact, which may have been formed during childhood or through traumatic events. Using bodywork, dialogue, different forms of exploration such as role play, role reversal, and other relevant techniques, Roxana aims to gain awareness of deeply embedded life patterns and to co-create new ways of being in relationship with oneself and others. She offers a gentle presence in a safe and confidential space for clients to bring themselves exactly as they are and to explore whatever issues they are facing.
